REFUNDS: There will be a $20.00 administrative fee for all refunds. No refunds will be issued after the first games.

Registration fee includes 1 uniform per year

Parents are responsible for cleats, shin guards and a ball.

We accept debit/credit cards, with a convenience fee of $3.00 per transaction. Please contact the office, 942-5425, to make payment over the phone, once we have received completed paperwork in the office to complete your Registration.
