Tournament T'Shirts

SASA fall cup t'shirts are $5 and hero cup shirts will be $10 this Saturday at the fields or in the office. An additional $1 off if 10 or more are purchased.  Also, hero cup bags for $8 are available. Go by the fields on Glenna.

REFUNDS: SASA charges a $20.00 administrative fee for all refunds. No refunds, for registration, will be issued after the first game. You have to come into the SASA office to fill out a refund notification.

 

Please Remember, SASA only accepts payments in the form of cash, money order, business check, cashiers check or you can register online with PayPal and use your visa, mastercard, discover or american express. We will NO longer take any personal checks. We apologize for any inconvenience.

2012 SPRING AWARDS CEREMONY is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Location will be on Field 8 (fields closer to the office). Please mark your calendar to attend and support all teams that have placed this season.

 

Participation Awards will be ready to be picked up, Saturday, May 5, 2012 in front of the Referee Room, at the main complex. Please be sure to pick up your teams' awards. If unable to pick up your awards Saturday, you may stop by the office next week between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Registration for Fall Season Information:

April 23 – May 4 Financial Aid applications for Pre-Registration, current players ONLY. Each applicant must pay $35 and bring in copy of 2011 Federal Income Tax Return.

May 7-11 - All packets turned into commissioners in Board Room from 5:30-8:30 pm - no exceptions

May21-June 22 - Open Registration

June 9/10th - Academy Sports Store Registration  from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

June 18-22 - Financial Aid Applications: Open Registration for new players or existing players going into player pool need to be turned in during office hours. NO EXCEPTIONS.

June 18-22 - Team Request Form turnied in at Board Room ONLY between 6-7:00 pm

June 25-29 - Late Registration $25 Late Fee + $67 Registration fee

August 7 - AGM - tba

September 8th - Fall Season Opening Day

October 12-14 -Fall Cup Tournament

October 27 - End of Season
